We offer a 14 day return policy. This 14 days starts as soon as your item arrives. Returns will not be accepted on any items that arrive after this 14 days.
To be eligible for a return your item must comply with the following conditions:

The item hasn't been worn

The item is returned in the same condition, in the original bags with tags still attached. Any item that arrives to us without either their original tags or packaging will be returned to the customer and a refund will not be provided.

The item must be in original, saleable condition. Any items that arrives with heavily damaged packaging will not be refunded. To begin a return, please contact us via email at exclusivewearlimited@gmail.com. If your return is accepted we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returned items can take up to 7 days to process.

CANCELLATIONS

We process orders extremely quickly! If you’d like to cancel an order, you will be charged a 4% processing fee, this will cover our postage and packaging cost, as well as the merchants fee.

EXCEPTIONS

We unfortunately cannot accept any returns or exchanges on items involved in a promotional event such as Black Friday, Clearance Sales or anything that is purchased using an automatic discount code. We can only offer store credit if an item is purchased under these conditions.

Please contact us before purchasing an item if you are unsure on whether it is eligible for a return. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swim shorts or hats.
